    We offer three levels of domestic cleaning services:

  • Do I need provide my own cleaning materials?

    No, we bring along all our own cleaning materials & equipment.


    However if you have any preference on cleaning products used we are happy to liaise with you upon your request.

  • How do I book your service?

    We provide obligation free quotes for your individual cleaning or gardening requests.

  • Do I need to prepare my house before my scheduled appointment?

    For maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. 


    Also, we ask that you find a safe & comfortable place for your pets while we clean. 


    These requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all your possessions are in a safe place and the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning.

  • Does 2easy Cleaning work off Real Estate Vacate Checklists?

    Our End of Lease Cleans cover off most items included in real estate  vacate checklists.


    Check out the list of services we include as part of our end of lease cleans on our website. If you think your end of lease clean will require additional items to bring the property up to real estate standard  (i.e. full wash vs. spot cleaning) please give us a call to discuss on 0492 969 611.


    If the job is not done up to scratch upon the first service, we are happy to re-attend until the job is done to meet satisfaction at no extra charge.

  • What if I am not happy with my service?

    We appreciate all feedback we get, whether it’s positive or negative. 


    If you are not satisfied with your service, please email or call our office on 0492 969 611 with details regarding the service and include any relevant photos. We will then provide a re-clean within 1-3 days of the initial service for any missed/unsatisfactory areas.

  • How long will it take to clean my house?

    This will be dependent on the size and condition of your home - how many bedrooms / bathrooms etc, and what your requests may be. 


    We are happy to provide you an obligation free quote. 

  • What are your operating hours?

    Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays).


    For office and commercial cleaning, we can offer after hours and weekend cleaning.

  • How much does 2easy Cleaning & Gardening charge?

    Please refer to our pricing page on our website or contact us om 0492 969 611 for your individual obligation free quote. 

  • What happens if damage is caused during the service?

    In the rare instance that damage is caused as a result of our cleaners, please contact our team and provide photos within 48 hours of the date/time of your service. 


    In the event that damage has been caused due to fault/negligence of our team, we will seek to repair the item. Depending on the value of the repair, up to 3 quotes may be required. When a repair is not possible, a suitable replacement will be sought.

  • Can I change my appointment time?

    We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time if need be however we prefer a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise fee’s may apply.

  • Is payment required prior to my Cleaning or Gardening service?

    If you have booked a service for a regular clean, spring clean or gardening service - then no, we are happy for you to pay following the service however for end of lease cleans we require full payment prior as it is such a large one off job.

  • How do I pay for my service with 2easy Cleaning & Gardening?

    We provide invoicing, credit/debit card payment link or direct debit.
