Payment Policy

At 2easy Cleaning & Gardening, we're committed to delivering a smooth, secure, and transparent payment experience. This policy outlines how and when payments are processed, and what you can expect from us in the event of a service concern.


Card on File Requirement

Clients booking services under $2,000 (per service) are required to add a valid credit or debit card to their account prior to the scheduled service. Your nominated card will be automatically charged within 24 hours of the service.

If you experience any issues uploading your card, please contact our office on (03) 4416 3895 and press option #3 for Accounts. Our team can manually add your card over the phone. For your security, please do not email card details.

Additional Payment Conditions

  • All pricing excludes GST, unless otherwise specified.
  • We use TimelyPay – powered by Stripe – to process payments securely and efficiently.
  • Late payments may result in service delays or suspension until the account is brought up to date.
  • If a payment fails, it will be reattempted. If unsuccessful, we will contact you to update your payment method.
  • Late fees may apply for overdue accounts, and outstanding balances may be referred to a third-party debt collection agency.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on their nominated card.
  • All card information is encrypted and securely stored, compliant with PCI DSS standards.
  • All services will incur a minimum service time of 2 hours


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or if our team attends and is unable to access the property, will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee equal to 100% of the booking fee.


Service Guarantee

At 2easy, we proudly offer a 100% Service Guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning or gardening service, we will return within 2 business days to rectify any concerns — at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds will only be considered following a reattendance, in line with our 100% Service Guarantee. Refunds are issued only in cases of unresolved service issues, billing errors, or overpayments.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@2easyclean.com.au and will be assessed by management.

    You can book online 24/7 through our website, or give us a call during business hours to speak with a Customer Service Officer who can walk you through your options.

  • Do I need provide my own cleaning materials?

    No need! Our team brings all the equipment, PPE, and high-quality, locally sourced cleaning products required for the job. If you have a product preference or allergy, just let us know when you book.

  • Do I need to prepare my house before my scheduled appointment?

    A quick general tidy helps us get straight into the job. Picking up clothes or personal items from the floor or benchtops means we can focus on the cleaning. If you’re unsure what to do, just ask when you book.

  • Does 2easy Cleaning work off Real Estate Vacate Checklists?

    Yes – we regularly work to vacate and bond clean standards and can follow your real estate agent’s checklist if you provide it. We’ll help you meet expectations and make moving that little bit easier.

  • How long will it take to clean my house?

    It depends on the size of your property and the type of clean booked. A standard clean might take 1.5 to 3 hours, while a deep or vacate clean will take longer. When you book, we’ll give you an estimated timeframe based on your home.

  • What are your operating hours?

    We operate Monday to Friday, with limited availability for Saturday jobs. Our office is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm. After-hours services can also be arranged for commercial and high-risk cleaning – just give us a call to discuss.

  • HOW MUCH DOES 2EASY CLEANING CHARGE?

    Our pricing depends on the service, scope, and location. For an accurate quote, get in touch with our team or use our online booking system for instant pricing. All quotes are exclusive of GST unless otherwise noted.

  • What happens if damage is caused during the service?

    Our staff take great care in your home or workplace. But if something goes wrong, we’re fully insured and will handle it promptly and professionally. You can trust us to do the right thing.

  • Can I change my appointment time?

    Yes – just let us know at least 24 hours before your booking to avoid any cancellation fees. We’ll work with you to find another time that suits.

  • What if I am not happy with my service?

    We offer a 100% service guarantee to our retail customers. If something’s not right, just let us know within two business days and we’ll come back to make it right – no stress, no fuss.

  • Is payment required prior to my Cleaning or Gardening service?

    Yes. For all jobs under $5,000, a valid credit or debit card must be added to your account at the time of booking. Your card will be charged within 24 hours of your service.

  • How do I pay for my service with 2easy Cleaning & Gardening?

    Payments are processed securely via debit or credit card using our payment partner, TimelyPay (powered by Stripe). An invoice is automatically sent to your email after each service.
