Curtis Tuohey

Manager Director

As our Managing Director Curtis role varies on the day to day but is always focused on improving the business and the strategic vision going forward. However, beyond business, his heart lies on the sports field, where he has a passion for the Hawthorn FC and the Bendigo United Cricket Club. Curtis cherishes his role as a devoted family man with two young boys that always keep him on his toes. 

Fiona Allen

General Manager

As our General Manager Fiona oversees our scheduling & office team to ensure that all our customers can be serviced. This at times can be a very busy and challenging role as we service over 400 customers each week across 60 cleaning & gardening staff. Like Curtis, Fiona also worked in the travel industry prior to COVID-19 and made a change when the world was turned on its head. Outside of work, Fiona is passionate about travel and loves to immerse herself in unique cultures and their cuisines! When not at work Fiona loves hanging out with friends going to brunch, and hanging with her dog Fergal who has now become the unofficial office dog.

Bronwen Edwards

As Financial Controller, Bronwen splits her time between answering phones and scheduling while also ensuring we are delivery services as efficient as possible. Bronwen has extremely strong organisation skills to make this work and ensures that both our schedule and invoices are as accurate as possible. If Bronwen wasn't busy enough, outside of work she is currently building a house and planning a wedding!

Amanda Black

Customer Service Manager

Our favourite American. Amanda works alongside Fiona and Bronwen to ensure our schedule is always organised & our customers are happy. Amanda is originally from the US but relocated to Australia in early 2023. For 5 years prior to this, she worked as a chef on luxury yachts, traveling around the Pacific Ocean from Alaska to Hawaii and everywhere in between. In her spare time, Amanda volunteers at Food Share in Bendigo each weekend and has recently purchased a house which she is revamping.

Maddy Neil

Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager Maddy wears many hats including recruiting and training staff, workplace safety procedures and quality control. Recently, Maddy has been responsible for the creation and roll out of our new video training platform. In her spare time, Maddy loves to spend time with her 2 French Bulldogs Knox and Mable. She is also a keen country music fan, with her favourite artists being Luke Coombs and Morgan Wallen. New Paragraph

Chelsea Rinaldi

Cleaner Trainer - Bendigo

Our Bendigo Cleaner Trainer Chelsea is on the front line and in the field every day, with her role being split between training new staff or managing teams on our larger and more complex jobs. Chelsea has always had the ability to wow her customers with the quality of her work and uses those talents to upskill our new and experienced cleaners. Chelsea also has a 'Side Hustle' cake making business where she bakes a range of sweets. All the 2easy team can confirm her cakes are beautiful and delicious!
